Interacts with Factory floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies Responsible for reviewing the performance of the site development, inspection of site work, Inspection of Installation staff and Labours and also initiate on job training programs according to demonstrated needs Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. The role will oversee all productions, ensuring production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organising work flow. Creates production, prioritizes job-orders for production optimization, Maintains Production Schedule and other reports as required. Analyze and prepare documents / Materials needed for Fabrication. Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet Site Demands/ expectation. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and site schedules conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates inventory levels, and solving fabrication / Installation problems. To coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules. Should be in the age group of 30 to 50 Yrs & able to communicate in English, Hindi. Should have experience in Joinery Factory production works in fully automated / Semi Automated Manufacturing environments.
